Niger Catfish AKA Ripsaw catfish I think, it has the saw like thorns on the side

Nah, I don't think it's a ripsaw. It looks like a smaller version as in a Hassar species.
Not sure it’s orestis but definitely hassar
If it were a hassar I would say the larger wilderi.
However, how big is the fish?
Cos to me if it’s smaller it looks like a very distressed Tenellus leporhinus
