Thanks. Not sure what the lights are on it, nothing aquarium-specific...but the lights don't make much of a difference. These little babies are that colour from the moment they're released from momma's mouth.

That is most amazing being that blue from Moms mouth.. usually have to wait until fry are bigger to obtain that blue.. almost all of mine start off dark gray or almost black before they go into the blue.. just beautiful!! I wonder if they are all males? Males are usually darker more vivid blue.. very unique and congradulations.
Lord no, females have just as pretty colour as the males. Typically with cobalts, you can't sex them by visual characteristics (except for a holding mama, of course ). The two sexes look too similar. Most babies do start off dull, but there are a couple who have colour right away. These guys, demasoni babies, kenyi babies to name a couple
