Recently got this because to my eye the ingredient list is pretty good. All of my fish also seem to go crazy over it and I dig that it has multiple granule sizes.20200125_103624.jpg20200125_103616.jpg

There seem to be no indigestibles (things like flour, wheat, corn, mainly terrestrial crops, etc.), which is very good.

But it has fish meal which can be bad as it is vague and not the whole fish. "Fish meal" can be used just to name ingredients that came from a fish; essentially, we do not know what part of a fish "fish meal" comes from and it ends up as an unreliable way to determine the quality of fish food.
Fish meal could be the ground up leftovers of a fish, or a fillet from a whole fish

Dried ingredients are generally bad in fish foods as they end up as processed when being made into pellets (the dried kelp).

I do not know much about rosemary extract, but it might be an indigestible.

Compared to most foods I think it is very good and would be a good low-cost pellet choice, I can see myself preferring it over Xtreme.
However, I cannot yet recommend or compare this to the gods that are NLS, Omega One, Repashy and Southern Delight

Regarding fish meal, the same could be said about almost any form of meal, it's all in the quality of the finished product. There are various grades & prices for almost every raw ingredient on the market.

Dried ingredients are what almost all pellet fish foods are made up from, they don't go into extruders in a wet form, they typically go in dry, and are further processed. Adding water under pressure is part of that process. That doesn't make them bad, or of low nutritional quality, in fact in some cases processing them makes them safer for the fish to consume, and easier to digest, such as certain terrestrial plant matter. While keeping terrestrial based plant matter at lower quantities is certainly preferred, they are not all indigestible. Not even close. Even cold water species such as rainbow trout can utilize some wheat in their diet. The key for any good manufacturer is understanding what "some" equates to.

Rosemary extract is used as a preservative.

I will also add this, I see what the label says, but I would not personally consider this food to be much in the way of "color enhancing". The two main color enhancing agents in this food, spirulina, and astaxanthin, are listed at the very end of the ingredient list. I'm personally not a big fan of Top Fin anything ........
