Can someone tell me what, and how to treat my 180Gal. RBP tank, that has ton's of small red looking worms in it? You can not see them until you vacuum, they are in the gravel. 1/4"- 1/2" long, and a little thicker than a piece of hair.

Detritus worms. Harmless. Time to vacuum more thoroughly, cut back the foods and do more water changes.
Don't use even one otherwise you risk crashing your nitrogen cycle and killing all your fish in the process. Just cut back the foods and do thorough vacuuming. Reduce substrate if you can't keep up.
