Thread like worms on glass

hey guys its me again, still cycling my tank, and now i ahve noticed that there are alittle white worm like things on the glass, there are no more then one CM long being the largest and very very very thin almost unnoticeable unless you go up close to it. im scared these guys will hurt my fish. i am at the amminoa spike with my cycle right now, should i just leave it alone?

i cant even take the pics cause they are so small you wont be able to see it on picture

ok just did some resreach these guys are called Planaria? should i do somthing? i mean i cant do that much since i am still cyclingmy tank and dont wanna mess anything up

Planaris usually appear if you are over feeding........ so its strange that you have them in a cycling tank tbh.

Dont kill them off, they are part of your clean up crew. They will do no harm, just do a good water change.

They won't hurt your fish. Mine will eat them if I get carried away with the food.

they are Planaria! do lots of water chages to rid of Planaria.

you should see my tank when i had to restart my filter. my tank was full of them like candy in a jar. dissapeared in an hour. they live in the sand or substrate.
