Here.
Hello MFKers,

Is that a safe number of arowanas in a tank? I'm contemplating it right now. I don't want to have to separate them into three tanks and have to sell them...

What do you guys think?

Thanks a million!

Jeff

My friend have 3 Black Arowana. But he bought them together when they were small. They are perfectly OK, no fights, very friendly. He has this setup more than one year. See picture on this thread:

Wow... how big is that tank? Looks awesome. What language is that? Looks cool.

Never mind I answered my own question... 960L which is about 250 gallons... wow..

problibly won't work but you could try...just be ready to seperate them if they do fight...

Language - Polish.

Tank ~ 960 l / 230cm x 70cm x 60cm
Tank ~ 253 gal / 90" x 28" x 24"

Fish size... hmm... 12"- 15" I think :)

3 Black Aro with 150 gal is not enought. You need bigger tank.

On the second page there are more pictures.

PS: I have 2 Black Arowana on 180 galon.

Polish... Never would have thought... Reminds me of an middle school book I read... "Escape From Warsaw" by some famous author about 1942 WWII. If I remember correctly! :D

what other fish do you plan on putting in with the aro's? and if you say you plan on upgrading to a 180 or 210. id recomend you get them after you upgrade, arowanas dont take moving very good...i learned that the hard way )':
