Three of a kind....

I finally got some new bichirs, it's been a while, other than a male albino sen last week.

3 x P. mokelembembe, one of my top favorite bichirs. Largest is 9.5", the two smaller ones are 5" and 6"

That's the biggest moke!!! A 9.5" is rare sight when it comes to moke IMO. If you ever sell that ship it to me.

I think member XRAYZ is larger. It is a big moke lol I think my friend Machine's moke is about the same size.

My moke is still at 8" so I sold it. Was planning to order some 9"+ from Toyin so I don't have to wait forever to grow. Just take so long. It's the only bichir that is not present in my comm tank.

Do all mokes have this color? my LFS got a "polypterus mokelembembe" which is like 7 1/2" that i might get but he doesnt have this awesome color, he is much lighter (sorry if i derailed). VERY NICE FISH

I'm not sure, maybe a couple more delhezi and a few more mokes, then I'm done.

All bichir species have variation in their color, somemokes are nicer than others, especially the high contrast ones that have a lot of orange/browncolor.
