my house!!
Currently I have 4 upper jaws growing out (3-5.5").Now if I were to let them grow to about 10" until they get a decent mass would I be able to house them with some baby endlis and laps? (most likely 2-3" CB as they're common here)Will they eventually catch up to the upperjaws and eat them?
No this is not one of those threads where I wait for someone to say 'oh yeah i kept x fish with y fish for a while no one got eaten yet'
edit : I have been making wayyy too many new threads in the poly section lately lol.Sorry!

I've not had any issues with my upper jaws with smaller polys, except when I had teugs ×2 at the 18" mark they teamed up and killed and ate a pretty small ropefish. I didn't give them a chance to do it to anyone else. I took them to my lfs right after it happened. My largest current poly is my female del she's pushing a thick 14" now. Shes with a 5-6 albino sen no issues, and a multitude of ropefish and other upper jaw polys of many sizes.

The reality is you will get different answers as people will have had different experiences and there is no “set” rule. That said i see no issue although it would be good to have clarity on what type of upper jaws you have. Many experienced Bichir keepers have tanks with large size differences and no issues . For years I have kept LJs and big UJs in excess of 20” with 8-12” sens and dels.
key I believe is to never feed live food,. And start with as you are doing with the smaller Max size bichirs at a larger size than the ones that will eventually be bigger.
