Just wanted to take a moment and say hi to the community here. Me and my wife are far from professionals yet but actually considering enrollment in a aquariumoligy*spelling*/breeder program at OCCC on the Oregon coast.
We currently have a 29gal fresh water tank we inherited from some neighbors who were moving and had several salt water tanks already. 2 barbs full grown (one is unfortunately going blind...or is half blind...something around there.) One bronze colored tetra who is nick named Osama Bin Ladin cuass he is always terrorizing the other fish. One Red Eyed Tetra and One large Spotted Sailfin pleco named Toothless*from the movie* He is around 8" and has a little common pleco currently residing at the other side of the tank that is waiting for his small 10gal to cycle before he changes homes, he is currently only 2.5 inches or so.
