Tig cat, real or false

Can someone tell me if this a real tig or false tig. at 14in he does not seem to have much white. Or is this just one of the less attractive ones? I really want one and this one is for sale but????

thats a tig... its in pretty dirty conditions...clean water will most likely bring out his colors more cuz all i see for filtration is a sponge filter and an airstone

Yeah the only false ones I can think of would be the Juruense and this fish is no jur....Is the seller near you are would it be shipped?
