Tig question

How are Tigs with conspecifics of the same size? What are the growth rates and the general water parameters that these guys need?(I know, a big +ss tank) And can someone please tell me the scientific name?

they are aggressive against each other.. they grow fast up to about 10" then they slow down.. and reach a max around 2feet
