Hey guys,
I have a question for all you catfish people out there. I have a 125 that has a 12 inch tig, a 9 to 10 inch suncat fish, a 7 inch pterulosa granulosa, and 2 5 to 6 inch african tiger pike. I've been noticing lately that the tig seems to be getting beaten up. They seem like scratches on his tail. They aren't very deep, mainly skin scratches. Any theories who the culprit maybe and why that's happening? I was thinking the suncat but I'm not sure why its happening. They shouldn't be really bothering each other and there is plenty of room and hiding spaces in the tank so they can get apart.
Thanks!

I would say the sun cat. They can be a lil aggressive. I have three that are 12 inches and they fight all the time and try to fight with my rtc that is about 22 inches.

Anything can happen at night. Things also depend on the feeding.

In terms of chances, Pterodoras granulosa has the least. Suncats may like to keep re-establishing hierarchy but not viciuosly among themselves. One is almost always very shy, albeit it is a night time hunter, who, when hungry, can do the damage. Pikes I have no idea about .

Thank you guys for the responses! I think it's probably the sun cat too. I was just wondering what you guys thought. Probably gonna have to seperate them!

When I go home on Friday I'll take a pic and post it. I have to figure out a way to seperate the two because they really aren't getting along! at all!
