Tig turning white/pale

hey everyone, i have two tigs, one of which is a very pale color recently while the other is still a normal color
and wondering if this could be a disease or sickness, or just stressed or something like tht

doing a water change rite now to get some nice fresh water in if any one nos any thing to help or about this please let me know

seems like there is some skin missing from upper sides of head but not sure if thts from the same problem as this pale color
