Just wondering if anyone has kept Tigrinus with red hook silver dollars (or any SD's for that matter). I've got to move some fish around, and don't want the SD's muching on the streamers or whiskers of any of my tigs.

. It happened so fast. There's always a possibility that your red hooks can munch your tigs whiskers.
I highly doubt the dollars damaging your Tig they are a very peaceful nervey species. id be more worried about the tig eating your dollars.
No sds are peacuful. Some SDS will nip if they dot get fed or are hungry. So your hooks and tig should be fine.
The SD's are all at least 3", probably closer to 3.5" with the largest being 5". I'm not worried about the Tigs eating the SD's because it would be quite a stretch, just the SD's nipping the whiskers and tail filaments of my tigs.
Fast fish sleep too, and that's when most seem to get eaten by catfish IME.
