Hi guys,
So I currently have
1x leleupi (little guy still. Maybe an inch)
22 x tiger barbs
1 x Siamese algae eater.

Everyone gets along fine, they don't seem to be interested in one another.

My question is about Cory's - could I add a group of them or would this be a bad idea ? I wanted some sort of bottom feeder to get at the food which may fall between the rocks/sift through the sand and keep movement around the sand. If not corys do you have any other suggestions ?
Tank is 1m in length, 160 litres. (40gal) IMG_20180831_202815.jpg IMG_20180831_202804.jpg IMG_20180831_202756.jpg IMG_20180831_202729.jpg

You may not fully grasp how big Tiger barbs will get in time. I've personally seen a 3 incher in person. With that in mind, I'd say don't get the cories and get a couple of snails. Nerites are good since they have small and thin eye tentacles (?). Mystery snails could be good if yours don't nip it to death. Another option would be to try ghost shrimp. They're $0.10-$0.30 a piece where I am and should be around the same price for you.

Thank you. Snails seem like a good option.

Glad to help, hope it all goes well :D.
