Not sure, but I would imagine it would be like eating any other feeder fish.
 
As long the fish is small enough to fit into the mouth of the aro, yes. Tiger barbs are sometime sold as feeder here in singapore.
 
yea they're tiny but, when i was reading on piranhas people said that non-breeding feeders have some kinda hormon that could stunt the fish... im mostly worried about that

I never heard of this... But I usually will just stick to normal feeders and not anything weird.:D
 
humm... tnx guys, and while im here. im thinking about keeping some small fishes with my 25cm green. got any suggestions that would work? i was thinkin about glass catfishes or neon tetras... but i thought the aro would consider them as food...
