My uncle noticed my fish acting up and suggested one of their swimming bladders popped and that he is going to die. Then I noticed all my Tiger Barbs are doing that. The other fish in the tank are fine, but literally all of the TBs are acting the same. AND ONLY THE TIGER BARBS. I added a little food in the tank and they went to eat which I also thought was strange.

Anyone know what is happening?

Do you feel any kind of shock when you touch the water? Check for electrical shorts. Unplug everything and plug features back in one at a time and observe any behavioral changes. If they calm down with everything unplugged, count on a short. When they begin to freak out again, that most recent item you plugged in requires maintenance or replacement.

this first....

I had Tiger barbs do this from time to time when they over ate and actually had to stop surface feeding altogether. I had to pre-soak the food because they would take in alot of air while they ate.

Check the electrical first and if it's still happening, try not feeding for a day or so
