Tiger barbs not eating staying near surface

Guys pls help I just shifted my barbs to other tank and now they r gasping near surface and goes down as I come close the have not eaten from 2 days I have added 2 new barbs also it isn’t less oxygen as it is a planted tank and I have changed water before 2 days
 
There r other fish in the tank which are well And eating
 
How do water parameters compare between the two aquarium?
Are you dosing anything for the plants?fertz or Co2?

Plant were planted 2 days ago same day I set up the tank
I used mature water
No bro I do not use any fetes or co2 cause the plants are anarchis

Is the bio media in the filter cycled because adding water from another aquarium will do nothing. Please test your water parameters.

Sorry I don’t have equipment to test water

Ye bro there is local fish store but they’re say nothing happens they just fill water and throw in fish
