Will these two be ok together or would the barbs nip the silver dollars to much? Tank is a 90 gallon.Thanks.

as long as you have a group of 6 or more tigers, you should be fine in a tank that size.
I have found that tigers didn't bother my other fish at all (but bothered each other) in a decent sized school.
if you only have a few, they may be nippy..

tank size is sufficient. i don't have an idea about the combo, all i know is that silver dollars are very mellow and that tigers are fin nippers.
