hi all i already have an NGT around 9"-10" if i take out my other fish apart from the SH do you think i could add a group of dats to my tank ? i could remove the NGT too temporarily and rearrange the decor and then add all the fish back at once,does anyone think this will work ? thanks in advance

How big is the clown knife, snakehead
and other fish?
Shouldn't really need to move the ngt out. I 've always had ngt pick fights with tigers that r same size or bigger. Anything smaller they leave alone...

Where bouts in uk r you?

hi ade i'm in north kent,i think i will take out the knife as he's getting on for 16"-18" and picking on the dat a bit at night,the SH is around 10" and fairly peaceful,sun cat 6"-7" and fat lol,bichir around 10"-12",i was thinking about moving knife and sun cat but the cat comes in handy for mopping up any food missed by the others he's a bit of a pig lol,cheers Paul

5 would be better. Definately take out the knife fish. If the snakehead stays, make sure the new tigers r 4 inch or bigger.

ok mate thanks for that,they will def have to be 4" as you say otherwise the NGT will eat 'em i think as well !!!

you'd be surprised. I and other fish buddies also, have noticed that NGT will only attack other tigers, if they are bigger or same size.
