Tiger Hillstream Loach Died

Why did my Tiger Hillstream Loach? I found it dead with like blood markings on him. What could be the problem?

Sounds like agression. Post pic? List tankmates? If there are no agressors then maybe internal infection? Even angelfish or discus will do this. I once had a male angel that was so agressive it torchered my ebjd until I gave him away. Personality comes in play aswell. How long have you had him? Years? Months? Days?

what were you keeping it in. hillstream loaches are coldwater fish that require alot of aeration and current
