By yellow jacket I'm assuming you mean Fredrichstalli? In my personal opinion, motaguense are more agrressive at a smaller size all day.
Freddie's tend to be alittle smaller then RTM's. Once they both reach maturity Their personalities can be very similar. Of course this also depends on the fish. As we all know every Cichlid has it's own personality. I'm not sure what other differences your looking for. Besides being visually different of course.
If you house them properly both types of Parachromis are awesome to keep.
