Looks like normal pitting. Don’t see any hith.

Could be normal cephalic pits, or could be the start of HITH
Since you don't say the size of your tank a 50% water change of ? is hard to judge.
In a 200 gal gal tank, 50% may be adequate, but
in a 100 gal or less, a 50% water change might not be enough to stave off chronic disease like HITH.
On my 300 gal system I try to do over 100% per week.
