please any help,

Try some shrimp from your food store.
I thaw it out, peel it, cut it down to bite size for given fish. Then I wedge it in the end of a tube and put it in front of the fish. Keep your finger on the tube so it doesn't suck up inside it. The fish will pull it out and eat it.
I also do the same with beef liver.
I'm currently feeding my Syn., Lima, and Eclipse cats this way.
They are not very competitive eaters as their tank mates get to the food first.

What size is the tank? That's a lot of aggressive fish in with it, most of which will be eaten anyway but it may be getting picked on at the moment.
