My non-local LFS has them in stock. I was excited after reading their tweet. When I looked at the pics the one they have is brown in color with a creamy horizontal line at the belly ? Arnt these catfish silver with tiger like vertical stripes ?

When they are babies they look like what you described. They will get the stripes as they get a little bigger

I've got one that's about 7" long. It's still mainly brownish and just now getting striped up good.
