hi there, just bought myself a baby 4inch tiger,could any one tell foods to feed it and what size it could grow to. Hope to get 8x2x2 tank in new year would that be big enough for him or her

I got one same size. he eats anything. It took him about 3 weeks to get used to the tank and come out of hiding. mine eats the frozen shimp that sinks to the bottom. mine has a big belly he likes the shrimp. but mine will eat anything
Mine is about 5" now and loves frozen krill and just about anything else meaty enough to make a worthwhile meal. One word of caution, though. These guys are very capable of outgrowing a 8' x 2' x 2' tank. Plus they have a tendency of being skittish and ramming into the sides of the tank. That being said, you could probably keep him in a tank that size for a couple of years. But I would definitely plan on something bigger if you plan to keep him long term.

theyll eat what ever will fit into there mouths. When I got mine a lil while ago I started off feeding him small Comets an just started trying diff foods. Now he'll eat krill, sinking pellets, But mostly i feed mine small chunk of Tilapia fillet (less food wasted).
