tigerfish coloration?

i have 2 goliath tigerfish. they look like minni adult goliaths. now i have a third tigerfish in a diff tank. this one came in at 3". it was pure silver and had on tail coloration. now at 4.4" it is very gold with red comming in on the lower .25 of the tail and gold in the next .50 of the tail with a clear lat .25 of the tail going bottom to top. it also has 3 faint black lines running mid body from gill plate to tail that my other 2 golaiths dont have.

my question is is this other tigerfish a diff species or just a veriation in color of goliaths. i was thinking at first of vittinis(spelling) but the other v. tigerfish i have seen had their strips and full tail color smaller then this or at least this size.

ideas?

ill try and get pics of it. it will be tuff to get the lines. but the gold should be able to be seen. it will be alittle later as i have not figured out how to put pics up from my phone.

Gold? Im guessing Barracuda. The one with the long droopy snout but pics will give a better direction
 
it is a tigerfish 100% also its nose is more pointed then my 2 goliaths. i made a video but my computer is down so i have to go to my dads house to put it up. i have a pic of it in my pbass thread. if i can figure out how to get the vid of my phone on to youtube it
would be sooner.

select the video on your iPhone. Click the botton left icon (square w/arrow pointing right). Select youtube, done.

Just reread the first post, doubt its Barracuda:screwy::ROFL:

W/black lines, it sounds like ATF except for Goliath. Gold color could be just due to stress.
 
my phone is dumb. i added a pic on the other post but i cant see it so i dont know if it worked. i cant load it to youtube i tryed but i can publish it.

i couldnt make it to my dads house to post a pic. i did how ever notice my 2 larger goliaths have the same faint black lines. and the growth rate they have is like none other. they have trippled in size since i got them like a month or so ago. so i dont know? i never noticed the lines before. they arent as gold as the smaller on and dont have the gold part.
