My Tiger fish's left eye is slightly bulging and is whitish and cloudy. He seems quite active still and is a voracious eater. But his coloration is quite dark, not the typical bright yellow hue I used to see.

I just added 10 HEAPING spoonfuls of rock salt into his 150G tank after a good 40% water change and his condition doesn't seem to improve.

What other meds could I give him? Please advise ...

10 heaping tablespoons of salt in a 150g? That is only 1-1 1/2 teaspoon per 5 gallons. You need about 3-5 heaping cups of salt in a tank that size (1-2 teaspoons per gallon).
Clouded and swollen eyes (one or both) is often a gram negative bacterial infection. the salt and water change won't hurt but you could also try binox, tri-sulfa, Maracyn Plus, or gentamycin.

Thanks dude!
