Hi everyones! I had a tigerfish and it can't swim normally for 2 days i've asked some of my friends and they said he had a problem with the bubble inside his body which make him cannot swim is it true ? any hope for me please tell me tks a lots!

swim bladder issue, could be internal bacterial infection and cause the fish to lost its buoyancy.

keep the water clean and warm, and maybe a pinch of salt (aquarium salt) or maybe some anti bacterial treatment to treat it?

I'd suspect head trauma. Is he always in this tank or is this a hospital tank?

Looks like blood at the mouth when the fish is upside down. Probably trauma like KNH said. Maybe running into the tank. Try adding some plants and wedging so it stays upright. Keep water clean but I think it won't likely make it.

It happened very fast.. I saw he bite his tank mate then 5 minutes he become like this btw thanks a lots for your advice
