any ideas where a guy could purchase a tiger for a home aquarium in washington state?

fish farms.Also,just out of curiosity how big is the tank?They grow fast and large very quickly.If your looking for something similar id try grass/redfin pickerel or Pike top-minnow.

Try private sellers too.i don't know about the native fish there,but if there are pickerel,you can catch them very easily.
