how long have they been in the UK/in your tank. have they fed since they have been here.
have you tried worms as they love worms if not what have you tried.

thank you for your time this will be day three that i have had them, i have tried worms today as my orinoco marble eats them like a pig ! they are not in main tank yet as i have 2 12" dat pulchers 1 16"rtg and others in there i would like to get them feeding first
 
i would try black worms red wigglers and night crawlers....... sometimes it takes a few days to get them eating

Live bloodworms always work, it's still early.

Hard to get food to them with the Dats in there!

How big is the tank?
 
Rase the temp till 30 degrees celius keep the lights off provide them with live food in the beginning live bloodworms and so on. Even small fish for tigers. The main thing is to get them eating and try other foods after they are geting used in their new invirement.

Thank you all very much for your time and advice,i will let you know how they get on. I do not want to tempt fate and take pics yet but they are stunning rays but so are all rays in my eyes, I'm sure you will all agree.

Just got another in who was not eating for a long time, Blackworms always, bu ttry prozypro to get rid of any worms, My rays was not eating until I treated her. Prozypro or prozyquantil (sp?) pm me if you need any help
