I think that the term "breeding" is used loosely here. IF it said PROVEN breeders it would be different, but at this point I think they are just being called "breeders" to signify they may be old enough.
I think we are knitpicking over a term that is generally used loosely. No where does it say they are proven breeders producing pups in captivity. I'm sure if they were that the description would CLEARLY state this.
Let's give the guy a break. This place has already put him through enough BS. Anyone that has ever dealt with him KNOWS he's a straight shooter that will bend over backwards for anyone. Truley one of the most significant people I've ever met in this hobby. A truley remarkable person that needs NO bad publicity whatsoever.
Just for the record, that female has one of the nicer Tigger patterns I've ever seen.
