Tigirinus Catfish Growth Rates.

I just picked up a 7.5"-8" Tigirinus Catfish, and was wondering how fast do these guys grow? I mean do they grow fast just like any other catfish or do they grow slower? Oh what the heck, just tell me!

well i hear max is 24 inch but that is what i heard might be wrong

they grow fast up to 12 inch then slow down a bit

try not to feed foods like prawn mussel cockel unit it above 12 inch as they seam to have problem digesting food like that

don't over feed so it has a big fat belly

Hikari massivore is the best food for them

mine has taken about 2 years to grow from 12 inch to 24 inch

grows quite quick and slows at the 10" mark...

Mine grew from 6" to 16" quite fast about 18 months then slowed down its taken another 18 months to reach 26"
