Tigrinus catfish 9" with streamers intact. Not active enough to hold interest. $300obo. Not in a rush to sell.

Eats mp. And bloodworms.

If I were you, I'd get rid of the crushed coral substrate right away and change the water.

These fish are from the Amazon where the water is soft and acidic.

Your crushed coral is creating a high ph and hard water environment...that's probably why they are not very active.
 
Well I've had Tigrinus catfish lots of them and they are not active swimmers at all ... They only come out at night or when you are going to feed them they are to me one of the best cats iv had but not active at all and my water parameters are all good...

Try using dimmer lights, mine swims moves alot.
