Tigrinus not doing well!!

I woke up this morning to find my 45cm Tigrinus lying on it's side, breathing very slowly and looking pale.
I turned him over and noticed the fish was quite stiff and none responsive.
I checked my parameters (Nitrates- 5 and ammonia-0) and did a water change (20%), added extra Prime and Stability and know I have my fingers crossed.
I hope he pulls through this and is alive when I get home.

Mine did this when he ate something to large! After a few hours he puked it up

Mine is doing the same thing he ate so many d*** krill it looks like someone stuck their finger in him and you can see it trying to push out the side of his belly. I hope he throws it up. I have enough filtration to handle it. I just don't want him to die.
