Tigrinus - The new addition

Just picked up my first Tigrinus last night. Hes gorgeous and about 6". I did not take any pics last night because I left the lights off to give him a chance to settle in and not be too stressed.

He seems very happy and ate a small piece of tilapia soaked in vitachem last night. I'll do my best not to overfeed him and I plan on pellet training next week once hes comfortable.

Coolest cat I have now and I hope in the future he will get along with my 9" lima shovelnose and 8" lima shovelnose but we'll see.

I will get some pics up this evening or tomorrow.

I didn't know what a Tigrinus was, after seeing the Google images...wow!!! That is a beautiful fish. Please post pics soon. Congratulations on the new addition to the family.

Woke him up from his slumber this morning by turning on the light to take a quick video before work.

He was not having it haha and chose to hide under his driftwood.

For sure. I feed him carnivore pellets and small pieces of tilapia at the moment.

Picked him up from somethingfishy. They had 2 others there last week of similar size.
