Tigrinus vs Jurunese

Kind of new to catfish so can someone point me to the differences between the Tigrinus vs the Jurunese other than price. Looking at them in pictures they look so much alike.

they look the same in body shape but thats it the tigriinus is 100x better color

most jurence are just dark the tigrinus is bright blue

never had a tig, but from what I have heard is that the Juruense is much easier to keep with the tigs suffering from SCDS(sudden catfish death Syndrome) but non the less both great fish. The Tig def wins hands down on the looks scale, but some Jurus get a nice golden face.

I would def pick the tig is i had the cash but i just bought my 1st Jurunese (fake tig) a couple days ago...

I think that they are more or less the same in all aspects except for colouration.

I beleive the first few rays on the dorsal fin on tigs is thicker than on that of jurus...but other than that, coloration and some internal differences, they're pretty much the same.

juruense are more active than tigrinus.

tigrinus have a more flat and longer head. If you compare tigrinus and juruense you will see 100% that they look different particularly the colouration and pattern but also the body.
