I just got a 19" tig last week and I haven't seen him eat since I have put him in my 750...Is this normal that they take this long to adapt to a new home?? I was told he eats market shrimp so I've been trying to feed that and massivore...Any advice would be helpful and great..

Mine loves pellets. I got mine around 11" and it took about a week for him to eat. Give it time..

Dorn two words brudda WATER QUALITY these cats are super sensitive man!!!!!And it does not help the new surroundings .....
I tink your tig is juz too stress over his new enviroment...give it some time...
U can try adding some blackwater to calm it down...
Switching off all the lights helps alot too.
Once is calm down...and hungry.
It will start eating again
U can try feeding it some small fishes too if the hunger strike is too long...last resort to get the appetitie going
