Tilapia Buettikoferi

Hi I'm new to this forum, an old guy with athritis has just given me a 14 inch Tiger Tilapia he looks like he has or had hole in the head disease and what looks like a cataract a white film over one of his eyes.

can anyone give me some ideas how I can treat this?
