A little place called C At Hell
Hello cichla keepers, was just wondering if anyone has a regular place they get their live foods?

I know live food is frowned upon, as my crenicichla have never been fed live and may never get live food.

I found this website with decent prices on fingerlings, and wondered if anyone has heard of them?

The culture of Tilapia is pretty easy.. Its the most cultivated fish were I live..

Theyre super strong, they can accept low oxygen levels, higher than other fishes nitrite nitrate and amonia levels and reproduce so easily. Mix those caracteristics with a delicious meat, and thats why its so popular here. ( We cultivate Oreochromis niloticus)

I think, if you can of course, making a lil tank with one or two couples you will save money in longterm, their tank dont need a super expensive filter. Its just an idea, I know your climate doesnt help.
