My bass and oscar are a pretty good combo, but the bass is spastic with the warmer water, so I decided to get a separate tank for the Oscar. I got a good deal on a 55, it's being delivered tomorrow. I would like bigger, but I can't find anything reasonable, plus, I am out of space. Filtration will be two AC 70's with extra biomedia and purigen. The Oscar is still small, so It should be good until April, when I finally get out of this hole. Then, I would like to get something above 200 for the bass, and put some pumpkinseeds in there with him. The Oscar will get a 125. Anyone in my area that knows where I can get used tanks in those size ranges, let me know. I am willing to store them in my garage until I move.

BTW, Use the Petsmart matching program. I got an AC70 for 27.99, they are tagged at 43.99. Pics coming tomorrow afternoon.

The oscar will be fine in a 55 especially if it's small......I agree with using that Petsmart price match deal, I got a HOT magnum for $47.99 originally like $80.00

Yup, I work there and I pricematch everything I can it's well worth the effort of printing a page out.

It only has to make it 2 months, and it's living with the bass right now in perfect condition.
