Time for new tank?

I currently have a Jardini. Bought him in maybe June/July. I say he was around 3-4 inches and is now 5-6 inches. So it's been about 6 months. He is currently in a 20 gallon long tank I am not too sure about the dimensions, but i will get some measurements tomorrow.

Do you guys think it is time to move to a bigger tank?
