Just curious how long does it take to get a good biological growth on a piece of blue bonded material if you place it in a filter that has been established. I am wanting to place the material in a new tank setup. thanks
if you're talking the blue bonded filter pad I think you are, it's not really biomedia. bacteria will grow on it just fine, but it collects so much debris if you run water through it, it will clog.
