Well I have been waiting till my digital camera gets fixed but it seems like this will never happen so I tooks some pix with my phone.... please forgive the shots I just wanted to show off my rays.

First my Girl, I have had her for almost a month now, and she is my first....I believe that she is a Humerosa:

Next is my latest aquisition, He was sold as a peruvian hystrix, I believe he is a yepezi but I could be wrong. I have had him for three days and he is already eating frozen bloodworms as well as live blackworms. He is proving to be an easier feeder than my humerosa:

and lastly the both of them:)

nice collection of rays you got there. i'm thinking about getting some soon. but gotta do some researchon em first

Thanks for the coments.

The first ray seems to have a rough texture to her skin which gave me the impression that she was a humerosa, she was also sold as a Guyana Ray.

I have not been able to find a close match to the look of the "yepezi" to verify but I feel that yepezi is the closest. He has turned out to be a complete ease to feed. Four days in and he is eating blackworms, troutworms, and frozen bloodworms. Now if he can only teach my other ray to eat I will be happy.

2 people in the boston area with a yepezi and a humerosa??? nice looking rays. i got my humerosa to eat... actually, he got himself to eat krill. starvation method. good luck to ya

thanks all...............I am totally hooked on rays:headbang2

downset: I think my new yepezi taught the humerosa to eat worms. I now have both my rays eating trout worms. I am very happy:D I was about to lose my mind last night then today she just scarfed them down, go figure:screwy:
