Time Warner Cable users...I have a question.

I have TW cable and they are CONSTANTLY doing upgrades and working on there system. So my cable does not work at least once a week. Does this happen to everyone else or just me b/c I work seconds and watch TV late at night?

yes it all depends in the area u live. i live in cali and comcast has been upgrading my area for a year and half. i always loose connection. it sucks when im playing on xbox live. just call time warner when u loose connection, u will get reimbursement.

I have done that before. And they comped me 4 days which was nice but when I had these providers I never had this many upgrades and time out for service....

Primestar (who remebers these guys lol)
Dish
and Direct TV.

None of them kept me from using there service as much as TW. It's crazy

get directv, the only way to go. I have been a customer with them for over ten years, and have no complaints at all. Oh, I remember Primestar...lol

I gave up direct to come to TW I wanted to bundle so I would have all my bills in one place. But now I regret that choice more every day. I remeber when they got rid of primestar and We were like ok when you going to come get your stuff. And they told us they weren't lol So we had this dish that did work sit outside our house for like a year at least . lol finally so guy came and took it
