My 4" Bichir decided to take a leap out the tank, not sure how he did it. When I was doing a routine scan of the tank, something was off, I didn't see him anywhere and as I was continuing to scan, a thought ran through my head, why waste time looking in the tank when I could be scanning the floor instead. Sure enough, he was directly underneath the tank on the floor. I just happen to have a tub of water next to me so I proceeded to pick him up and he felt sort of clamy/dry and I dropped him into the tub of water. He wasn't moving so I kicked the tub and in a few seconds he moved. I left him in for a while, hitting the tub every now and again just to see he was alive. I then put him back into the tank and he's back to normal. Not sure how long he was out of the tank.

Awile ago when i had a silver aro about 12 inch or so, it jumped out while i went to the lfs real quick for some crickets for him and my archers, any way came home and he was GONE...... But i quickly noticed wiggling on my floor, he was still kicking, scooped him up and droped um in the tank, i did have to help him swim for a min, and pick hair off of him, but he lived like a champ only got a little infection looked like a pimple on his lip. Glad i got home at the time i did lol.
