Timeframe to get from 24" to 30"?

I have an at least 24" Silver in a 240 long (8x2x2). I was wondering how long until I can expect to hit 30"? I feed shrimp everyday....sometimes twice. I'm trying get some more mass on my monster..

I think it can stay in the 240 until it's over 3 feet.....if it ever gets that big!!

depends on the fish, but expect around 1" per year maybe a little more but not to much more. aros slow big time after 22"

why do you say this? with enough time, proper water quality, and room to roam it will get huge. but in a 8x2 i doubt it would grow over 30".
