Hey guys,
I went to feed my 9" tinfoil barb on Monday night, and he managed to slam himself head first into the glass in anticipation. Needless to say, he almost immediately went belly up, and has not been able to swim since. He's just lays on his side, but seems to be breathing alright. Everyonce in a while, he'll twitch a few times almost like he's trying to swim, but nothing.
My question is, do you figure he broke his back, or could he have damaged his swim bladder? I'm at odds whether to see if time will heal the issue, or euthanize it.
