Tinfoil barbs!

I bought 3 big tinfoil barbs today all around the 9-11 inch mark, for £10 each, one has black stripes on the dorsal and tail fin! Was this a good pickup, they seem pretty cool! Anyone kept these guys?

If you like them then yeah its good and its not a bad price . My lfs wants twice that price for tin foils half that size. I've had one its a cool fish . My old one ate my favorite goldfish's eyeballs once . I was surprised the gold fish lived for about 2 weeks after that

Haha, Hopefully they get on fine, already ate a ton of worm which for my cats!

They should be fine since you have a group. They are more aggerssive when they are alone.

I have 5 also with baby roselines,balas and clowns they never pick on any of the fish.

only issue is you think oscars are pigs? I have never seen anything like tin foils eat, they mow down the food at least double what my oscars eat. I have to trick them so the other fish can get some food lol.

they surely are pigs. mine would eat more then my gold fish and you know gold fish have no stomach lining so they constantly eating.
