Hi, i just needed a bit of advice, ive got 3 tinfoil barbs and ive seen them with clown loaches but are they okay with my fire eel, ive been keeping a close eye on them and seems so far that the fire eel ignores them and they dont seem to bother him either but i would hate for anything to happen. They are all only young at the mo so if anyone can advice would be great thanks.

i've 6 barb with asian aro..
fire eel don't bother them and vice versa..
they just schooling type.

Thanks for that, my tank at mo is just over 4 foot long, but i know these guys will get big so planning for possibly early next year a 6 foot custom made, the fish are all young, from a ruff estimate fire eel is 7inch and the clown loaches and barbs about 4inch so quite smallish at the mo.

Ive got patner to figure out measurements i knew it in mm not feet and i guessed woops its actually 5 foot but prob still go to 6 foot later

I would love to add more but not to sure what yet, I have been having good look at others tanks to see if theres anything id be keen on adding to mine, Ive had african cichlids before and convicts they are cool, mean time ill keep seeking out some cool fish to go with what ive got now, Ive got a new light hood arriving soon and i have a external filter hooked up at mo, ive only had the that tank 4 weeks so still a bit of decorating going on and i mite change the gravel for sand ive heard its better for the eel. Ill get my camera out tonight and click a few more pics..
